Grandma This colorful little pony does so many things - colors, sounds, flapping wings. My four year old granddaughter loved it. It was the favorite birthday present and she continues to play with it weeks later.

Busy Full Time Mother Wife and RN My daughter just turned 2 this month. My mom was here from out of town and before the birthday party, we decided to get a few Christmas gifts while she was here to save on shipping closer to the holidays. My daughter is a HUGE My Little Pony fan and loves the MLP aisle. We were browsing and she saw this toy. She wouldn't walk a few feet from it without trying to put it in the cart. She ended up getting it as a last minute gift for her birthday (Surprise, surprise) from her Nana. She loves it. The pony has way more phrases than I thought it would, sings, interacts with her, and is just the right size for her to carry around on her own. It's fairly durable (she hasn't brought me a hunk of it's hair or broken off a leg) and that's something since she's fairly rough on toys. She has enjoyed this toy for a little under 2 weeks and hasn't gotten bored with it yet (huge for a 2 year old). It blinks, moves its head and wings, and it seems like more than half of the toy lights up when she talks. As a nurse I am drawn to educational toys over frivolous purchases; I was not a fan of the idea of this toy, but it has proven me wrong. Educational, not solely. But I must say I have seen more imaginative play out of my 2 year old in the last couple weeks with this toy than I thought I would. The only thing I don't like about it is that the eyes can be a little creepy when they don't close all the way, simply because of the angle of the eyelid placement. My daughter is occupied and happy, and I can get housework done without her pulling on my pant leg to play with her every 5 minutes(therefore I am pleased). I think this would be a great interactive toy for older kids (or a collectable for the Bronie population), but is really fun for little ones as well. It comes with a lot of accessories (tiara, barrettes, comb, etc) so I think this will be a toy that will grow with her, especially if she keeps her love of My Little Pony like I think she will.

jenbar She's a lot bigger than what she appears in the videos. I did an initial brushing and some of her hair came out though I was being gentle. That's the first mlp toy I've ever had that happen with. Since then no hair has come out. The only thing I do not like about her is the voice! I'm fairly certain that it is not Tara Strong voicing the toy. So it's obvious to kids that's it's not the same voice and may not seem like the "real" Twilight Sparkle. My five year old loves her and that is what is most important.

Mommy to Rylee My 3 year old had to have this pony. It was so expensive & one of her few toys she received. For as much as she cost you would think she would do more like walk on her own. I guess she will make a cute shelf display when she no longer plays with her which I forsee in the next couple of weeks.

Jenny B Bought this as a Christmas gift for my 3 1/2 year old daughter! I cant wait for her to open and play with it. She went bonkers when she saw it at toys r us! What better than a larger scale my little pony. The wings are awesome and I love that she can brush the hair and it speaks! coolest my little pony toy ever!

Yessenia I bought My Little Pony for my 6year old daughter. She loved her present from the moment she opened it for Christmas. The only thing I did not like is that it did not move on its own. It does has wheels, but your child has to constantly move it. Is not like a toy car where you push it and it goes on till it stops.

loving uncle My niece loves it ! She would not put it down for the first 2 or 3 days . That is all that matters !

Roxie's Mommy My two year old daughter saw this in the store and pulled it off the shelf! She normally doesn't do this so to see her so excited about a toy made me happy. I put it on layaway and can not wait to give it to her for Christmas❤ my daughter loves pretend play so I don't know who's more excited, her to receive it or me to see the joy on her face!
